Point Nine managing partner Christoph Janz built a firm-wide knowledge hub in 13 days without writing code himself. Replit agents and Claude Code wrote 43,800 lines that pipe Gmail, Drive, Slack, Zendesk, Attio and Granola into Claude via MCP; he later found a simpler direct-connector setup delivered most of the value.
